The Journal of Visual Art Practice has published Art History Professor Eddie Chambers' review of the latest Tate Modern exhibition, Soul of a Nation: Art in the Age of Black Power. In the review, Chamber's calls back to the Blanton Museum of Art's exhibition of the touring Witness: Art and Civil Rights in the Sixties exhibition to speak to other "celebrations of powerful art that spoke of and to the racially charged moment that was the 1960s."

Soul of a Nation: Art in the Age of Black Power will be on view at Tate Modern from July 12 - Oct 22, 2017.
